Looks happy, doesn't he? You bet he does. This is the
second striper he's ever caught and he's feelin' pretty good right about
now.
We had a good day of it, Chris and I. The fish were
biting and the waters were nearly flat, as you can see in the picture. This
was a respectable bass, by any standards, and not the only one we caught
that day. That's Nauset beach off Chatham in the background.

Here's another happy fella. Looks like his
Capt. got him into the kind of fish every flyfisherman dreams of catching.
This one was cruising Barnstable Harbor looking for an easy meal when he
thought a Clouser was just the thing. |

Here's a nice blue taken off Chatham. This eight
pounder fell for a popper, and a woman's touch. |
There's no question, there are a lot of
stripers, blues, bones and albies out there. Let a guide take the work out
of the fishing for you and give yourself the best opportunity for success
and maybe the experience of a lifetime. Good memories come from good times.
and these are the best of times . . . |
Helping the small
ones to catch the striper of a (new) lifetime is pretty good too. Good guides
take care of everyone. |
